Well, most of the stuff we plan is pretty improvisatory, plus there are other communications channels open. The members of the staff who play DDR at Pinball Pete's pretty much plan over the #animania IRC channel; if you're interested, you can find a guide to logging on at http://umichanime.com/contactp.php near the bottom of the page. However, please feel free to suggest additional events you'd like to attend, either here on the boards or in the IRC channel, and I'm sure one of the regulars is up for it ^_^
